Refund policy

At Astra Design, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, contact us at mct@astradesign.us with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
